The switch is rock solid—PoE, throughput, managed features all deliver. But the shipping box came battered and one corner of the unit had a slight dent. Fortunately no functional damage.

The ICX8100-C08PF works beautifully—solid throughput, reliable PoE, managed features. But it arrived later than promised (almost a week), which delayed our project kickoff.
